Seems the board is always looking for the quick fix--to many coaches over the last 10 yrs. Had a coach turn them around toward the end of the season and make it to the convo and win--then don't rehire him? that should tell you a lot about the situation there.

Exactly vcgrad! Board and administration looking for “yes men” and they may have their guy now at the expense of their future.
