... Coach Caldwell has done "really well" everywhere he has been court side ... I've seen teams that were loaded with talent that have that talent wasted by subpar coaching ... where the talent was allowed to "run the asylum so to speak", when more time spent on MAKING that talent learn the fundamentals of the game would have proved beneficial in making the talented teams winning TEAMS ... Howie has 480 and counting W's because he DOES IT the right way - doing it HIS way... which happens to be where EVERY kid on the TEAM no matter the talent level of the player is expected learn/ perform the fundamentals of the game ...

As long as Howie is on the bench, his teams will give all out and never count them out. Homie is one of a kind and has always produced winners with talent and with lesser talent.If pfloyd says so then that tells you a lot of Howie also.

I've credited the players often. Just wanted to point out the coaching aspect too.

he does a great job no doubt but the kids also have to execute what he deals out so I say its a 50 50 thing just sayin
