Oaks should be a tough challenge for any team on their schedule, to say the least... Its awesome to see the complete turn around the oak hill boys basketball program has taken

It's a complete turnaround because 3 new players are in the district. Coach Persin is a great coach, but even he would have had trouble winning with the talent they had 3-4 years ago.

but is still beleive that norm would have done better with that talent

What do you mean? He did a great job with the talent that he had last year. No one gave them a shot to even get out of the sectionals last year.

He also had a lot of the seniors that had played since they were freshmen and sophomores step it up. That is the key. Leadership and how much experience gives you! It is invaluable. The team Oak Hill had 3-4 years ago would have only won a handful of games with Coach Persin at the helm. Guys, he is a great coach that gets maximum amount out of his teams, I just think it is funny how those teams get better with certain move ins.

i mean the team that harrison had a few years back. persin could have done better than harrison by far. Understand?

I think those teams get better because of the transfers there is no doubt. But the transfers come because of the great coach that he is. It is a package deal!

I have never watched the Love boy play in person. I graduated with his mother at Hannan Trace and played against his dad when he was at Kyger Creek.

The Love kid has improved a lot since he came to oakhill. he needs to keep working and keep improving to help oakhill in late tournement play

They'll sail through the district semis...and probably through the district finals as well.

A state contender by season's end.
