Zane Trace Freshmen Team won another last night!! I think they are 9-0 or 10-0!! Nice job. Got into a little foul trouble early on, because the refs stunk!! They got better during the Reserve Game, but they were horrible during the Freshmen game. We came out with the win though. Congratulations boys -- keep it up!!

The Portsmouth freshmen team upped their record to 9-0 with a 66-30 win over Piketon and a 49-21 win over Northwest. The Trojans' next game will be at Jackson as part of a tripleheader on Tuesday......then PHS will play at Minford in a rematch in which the Trojans won the first time 34-30 at Portsmouth. Portsmouth leads the SEOAL South with a perfect 4-0 record after sweeping Chillicothe, Ironton, Jackson, and Gallia Academy the first time around.

Vinton County's Freshman team beat Chillicothe last night, 33-32 at Chillicothe. That makes it 2 in a row for the Vikings.

ZANE TRACE freshman are now 13-0 after beating a very good Logan Elm team who came into the game unbeaten. final score 44-26. Good job boys.

This Zane Trace Freshmen team is a very talented team and a great team to watch! They just don't have 1 or 2 players that can play or that stand out. They have about 7 boys that you can put in at any time and they will do the job! Congratulations boys - keep on playing like you are!!
