That's why I say, the only one who has truely been offered D-1 is the 6'10"+ exchange player at Trimble. The one who shoots lights out, and can jump out of the gym. They say he moves well too, and is an excellent ball handler. Trimble was very fortunate to have this boy get placed in their district. He will really boost the program. With what they already had coming back this should be a great year for basketball in the Tri-town.

I know that may be what you hear on here and maybe he is but i know that cunningham at Waterford is gettin D-1 offers.

I smell bad wrote:He is 6'10"+ by some accounts, and can jump out of the gym.

I don't know if he is six ten but but i think we've all heard he can be anything from 6'6 to 6'10. He seems like he could be a good jumper but i have also heard he is very weak. I don't want to dismiss or disagree with you on anything but i am just saying cunningham has offers and we can't say a deffinite hight just yet and knowing the schools around here they'll add a nice little bonus for him, personally i think 6'10 is a bit too much but i guess we'll all find out soon enough. Untill we get too see him play atleast a half a season too say he is the best...alot of other guys have shown they can get it done but he hasn't yet

Very true about cunningham at Waterford.
He is probably the only one in the area getting D-1 offers.
Also, we already know that cunningham is 6'10 6'11 because we havent just "heard" that, we've seen it.
Cunningham looked very good in his summer tournaments and should have no problems this year unless he is hurt.

From the SHL you also have Jared Quinlan from Manchester. I believe if I read the stats right, he has averaged a double-double the past two seasons. He should have a big year this year. Justice and Unger are also terrific players from the SHL. The point guard from Oak Hill should also be mentioned as well as just about all of Irontons starting 5 with the transfers in. Cunningham will be tough to handle as well.

Venham will have a breakout year. His first year to start varsity and he will definitely take advantage. He is more athletic and naturally a high jumper and extremely strong. He's only a sophomore. The sky's the limit.

I have heard TREMENDOUS things about this young man and have only have the very fortunate opportunity to see him play once, and my did he look good!

He will be a tough one to beat out for the honors. Also, Greg Frost of Alexander will be somewhat of a sleeper on the year!
Watch out for this young man as well!
