they may be but they still play no where NEAR the type of schedule Whiteoak played. No way shape or form should they go ahead of Whiteoak. IMO

1. Notre Dame
2. South Webster
3. Manchester
4. Fairfield
5. Whiteoak
6. New Boston
7. East
8. Green
9. Western
10. Clay

2-7 can all be interchangable. I put New Boston at 6 because they have no quaility wins except for SV. They did take Eastern and ND to the wire. If New Boston had one quality win then I would put them at the 3 seed. South Webster and Manchester also could be switched around but I have SW the nod because they beat Oak Hill who beat Waverly. If we did it by record then NB would get the 3 seed and East would be the 6th seed. I know #1 seed is ND for sure and 8,9,10 are a lock. 2-7 will be a battle. Gotta Love Tournament Time!!!!

I bet it goes like this
1. Notre Dame
2. New Boston
3.Webster
4.manchester
5.farfield
6.white oak
7.East
8.green
9.Western
10.clay

This way the Soc for sure getting two teams to the convo and 3 plays 6 and 4 plays 5 so they all knock each other off without the soc teams haveing to play them till later. Maybe not fair but watch what happens. I've been around ball for while and if I'm a coach in the soc this is how I would vote to give my team the best chance to advance and make my league look good .

I just noticed that they are not sending our D4 teams up to Columbus this year for the regionals!!! That is sweet ... Ive been saying for years that its ridiculous sending our southeastern Ohio district winners clear to Columbus to play.

Not to nitpick but ND has lost 2 already

New Boston has two games on the road this week that will have a huge impact. I kind of think (unfortunately) this is probably how the seeding will go Sunday too. It assures two SOC 1 schools coming out. If Whiteoak can win @ NA this weekend that might give Whiteoak a shot at the # 6 seed they deserve. But I kind of feel like NA wins on there home floor.

1. Notre Dame 18-1
2. Manchester 11-7
3. New Boston 10-7
4. South Webster 10-9
5. Fairfield 10-9
6. East 7-9
7. Whiteoak 6-12
8. Green 5-13
9. Western 2-17
10. Clay 1-18

Anybody know when East at Symmes Valley will be made up???

After seeing both twice this year, I think (Beaver) Eastern, and Notre Dame will each come out of the sectionals winners. Notre Dame plays really good team ball, very unselfish across the board, and alot of interchangeble players. Easter plays consistently all ballgame long. Look forward to seeing both play.

Convo is the ultimate venue for High School Tournament games, I enjoy Waverly's old gym too!

would be better if they let fans sit down in the bleachers on the floor.

This would make it perfect. Make that the student section or half if you can't fill it, but let people sit down there at least would make a great atmosphere even better.

My guess at the Meigs Sectional.

1. Southern
2. Eastern Pike
3. Waterford
4. SG
5/6. SJ or SV
7. Eastern Meigs
8. Miller
9. Trimble

SJ and SV play this Saturday and I think the winner gets the 5 seed and the loser gets the 6.

If Symmes Valley loses both games this weekend and Reedsville Eastern could sneak out another win that would put them and SV at 6 wins. Which I would imagine give Eastern the 6 bc of all the TVC teams. I think SG will get the 3 not Waterford SG i think is 10-7. Should be an interesting draw, hopefully everyone puts politics aside and votes for the way everyone should.

SG will move past Waterford - they lost some games without their No. 2 scorer in the line-up - now that he's back the Rebels have got back to their winning ways ... They've won 3 straight with Matney back in the line-up, they have a tough game with Belpre Friday, but end the season with Fed Hock & Miller.

I see SG at 10-8 and Waterford at 9-8 at the drawing. SG has won 3 in a row but those teams were Trimble, Eastern and OVC. Therefore, I still give the nod to Waterford.

I don't see Eastern sneaking out of that 7 spot in front of SV or SJ but I wouldn't be shocked if it happened.
