First game for both teams. What are everyones thoughts?????

I say Guthrie and Vinton County are just too much for the Tornadoes...

Vinton by about 15 or 20.

VC should win this one easily, but it will be nice to see how the "new look" Vikes will perform.

I hope VC travels well and plays to their ability. It will be interesting to see how the Vikes get going early this year.

18-5 Vikings, end of the first quarter. The Vikings are toying with the Tornadoes, if this were a mid-season game, it would be alot worse. Southern has no answer for Dustin Guthrie, he's proving his worth early on.

I'll try to keep everyone updated at the end of each quarter. This game will not be close, come quarter #4.

In a 20+ point spanking, well, no one is doing too good. RTN, I'm surprised you are not sitting in the gym for this one, but I have a very good idea where you are, and I understand why.

VC just outclassed the Tornadoes, period. It could have been a whole lot worse, but VC kept it within reason. KUDOS to the VC players and their coach, class act tonight.............
