Not Unioto. We’ve been pretty fortunate so far.

Just curious as to why Fort Frye is not ranked? On the football board I read that they are Southeast Ohio, but no respect on this post. Morgan missing as well.

Neither FF or Morgan are considered SE District teams ... their post season is in the East District I believe - I may be wrong but neither have been considered by OSHAA as part of the SE District - at least not during the 20 years or so that I have been doing my rankings on jjhuddle and SEOPs ...

When 93bulldog started his Elite 8 rankings and I added my opposing rankings - he put together the "rules" for the rankings - Only SE District teams that could play at the Convo in district action which meant SE district only teams ... Logan, Chillicothe got passes as they were in SE District leagues ... I would always give 93dog a hard time about not having Morgan in the rankings - Morgan has had some excellent teams in the last 20 years with some really good players ... when I started doing all 70,72, now 71 teams - I have kept the same parameters as 70+ teams is a whole lot of teams to have to follow , and know ! LOL when you start ranking all of these teams you have to KNOW the teams in the leagues to get a feel for how good the teams are that you are ranking ... the SHAC is difficult at times due to playing teams in the Southwest district - the East Clintons, Western Browns, Fayettevilles etc. I have to keep up with those teams records so I can get a feel for the strength of losses to those teams or wins vs those teams ... take in a Fort Frye or Morgan who play the New Philly's, Dovers , Caldwells, Frontiers - my mind would explode I think ... have to have some parameters or I suppose we could go back to it just being the Elite 8 and ONLY the top 8 which was what it was originally ...

Now, if the TVC lets Fort in - they will be granted entry through the league affiliation by-law.

It use to be a "convo pass" only - but I only made that up to keep Logan out of the rankings. I needed to ammend the rules though so I could get Wahama in - and boy did that backfire on me seeing as they bolted. Haha

They joined the league and won multiple state titles and then their sports program went downhill fast

I sure hope Hillsboro, Peebles, Western, Valley, Eastern Brown, Adena, Piketon, Northwest, Logan Elm and Logan don’t have to change their names.

I hate to see my team clear down to 33 but we havent had the best of starts so I get it. We are sitting on a 1-1 record. That's it, 2 games so far.
Covid is absolutely ruining as much as possible this year. I HATE IT!!!

I have made the comment in the last few days after Cleveland is joining in the CANCEL CULTURE and making snowflakes across the US happy, That I will never quit wearing my Peebles INDIANS gear!! Hang in there to the schools above and dont give in. I sure dont want to be called the Peebles basketball team.

I’m confident they’ll move up. My principal is a Peebles guy and he’ll add another duty to my work day if I’m not fair with the Indians.
