Good game swank. Thanks for being the commentator to my color guy. Oaks waited a bit too long to get Hammond touches inside and it bit them hard
The last few years there’s a big difference in Oak Hill in December and Oak Hill in February.

Great win by The Jeeps!! From 4-11 to 10-12 and putting fear into the D4 coaches

Congrats to the oaks on battling back down from 17 at one point.

Webster has not shot that poorly from the free throw line in about 10 years. Had to make it interesting I guess

How bout that charge on hamm- wait nevermind

Lol
Jeeps players practice flopping in the mirror when they wake up lol
I thought that last one killed my boy Gabe. That one wasn’t flaccid. Can’t believe they called the defensive foul

Bockway had some type of brace on his shooting hand tonight too.

Talk about matchups. Webster played two on Hammond all night in the post and let oak hill shoot the threes. And they hit quite a few. Hammond guards Bockway who is known as a perimeter player and that opens up the middle for the others. But if you take Hammond off Bockway then he’s practically wide open on everyone. He’ll shoot with 7 hands in his face and hit it 70%

I’m just proud as a Banty Rooster right now on the turnaround of this team. At oak hill it was 22-0 after 1

We almost had Waverly the first time, probably could’ve got em the 2nd time if Zimmy doesn’t break his nose.

We turned around and beat everyone in league play who beat us the first time except Burg and Waverly.

We Put the screws to Minford at their Nest. Put it to Beaver at their nest, beat Valley on their court after they embarrassed us at home, gave West an L at their court after they stuck it to us at our home coming. Got the W on a tough SV team. We played at Fairland and gave them all they wanted.

If Bockway plays last night vs Burg maybe the outcome is different but oh well what a way to cap the regular season with a dub on Persin and them Oakies.

I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of Norm...
This is the SEO turn around of the season.

NB v SW

Post by Lollipoppa »

Why in the world would you want to play New Boston? Guard play and big man play would be bad news for SW. They are an outstanding team and I enjoy watching both but SW stands no chance with NB will get outplayed at every position and NB has way more depth.

I think that the way Webster is playing right now they could give NB a good game

For 3 1/2 Qtr's I thought that South Webster completely outplayed OH, Bockway was outstanding shooting the ball, I'm pretty sure at least 5 3's. He also did a great job rebounding the ball. I thought there guards and there ability to drive to the basket was a big factor in the game. In the first 3 Qtr's There boxing out on defense and there defensive rebounding was also very good. They seemed to play with a lot of confidence tonight as well. As Swanker pointed out, you play a lot different when early on your shots are falling, instead of falling behind 20-0. This just may be the right thing for them to have happen with the tournament starting in a couple days. Good luck to the Jeeps, I hope they have a good tournament run.
