If you can walk into Unioto and come out with a win, you have accomplished something! Forget how good the basketball team is, their crowd is a fierce as any.

That's actually a pretty good list. I've never been to Crown City, but have been told its tough to win there too.Ground Buck wrote:List the top 5 hardest courts to win a game on as the visiting team. Here are mine based on recent history, and what I read on here. Let's have some fun with this.

All of the Adams County teams attract huge crowds. Eastern Brown has a pretty good home court advantage as well.

Gallipolis used to be the place visiting teams had trouble winning for a 41-year period.

After last night I am moving Southern into the #1 spot. I notice they have won all their home games, and lost the ones on the road so far this season. Hmmmm...

All good choices, but is different for different teams. Back in the day the Old Derrow dome was as tough as any.

Southern had a 16 point lead at one time over NY and their best player was in foul trouble and sat out the third and half of the fourth.

Southern and Wellston could have mediocre teams and then playing them at homemade them ASVSM.
Wellston might have actully been worse.

The Eagles Nest in Belpre has to be on that list ... to adjust to the 100 degree temp and players/coaches/fans feet on the floor can be difficult ... lolThe Gloaming wrote:Historically in the TVC

Portsmouth has won 3 of the last 4 at Warren, but the Warriors have won 4 of the last 5 at Portsmouth.
