I think Fairfield will make some noise this year.
Re: Deep Southeast Division 4 basketball this year 2012-2013
I look for South Webster to be good again. As well as Notre Dame and I think Symmes Valley and East will turn heads. Ironton St. Joes will be better this year also. White Oak returns Siep so they will be decent to. WOW so I guess I think everyone is going to be good can't wait for all the fun to start !!!

Here's the schedual .
Wellston
@Ironton St.Joe
Oak Hill
Notre Dame
@New Boston
Clay
Waverly tourney vs Waverly
Waverly tourney
@ Symmes Valley
East
Green
@ Western

Symmes Valley
@East
@Zane Trace
Northwest
@Green
Portsmouth West
Western ( senior night )
Tuff out of conference schedual for the Eagles to go along with a conference that returns 4 sectional title teams that are pretty much all intact with the same players. Wonder if there are any teams in the area with a harder schedual as a D-4 team ?

Pretty good.
Don't know others schedules but South Webster, Whiteoak and Fairfield typically play tough non-conference schedules.

Hopefully it helps ready them for tourney time.

Team to beat will be Eastern Pike. Good group of talent there and PJ Fitch is one of, if not THE best coach in D4 Southeast! East is getting better. SW seems to fallen off a bit, but you can never count them out

Eastern? Let's try East. Two studs returning, and convo experience. Bailey has to be the number one coach in d4 with the tourney run they made last year. New Boston has Stapleton at the rains after that the Grayhounds is always a force in d4.
Re: Deep Southeast Division 4 basketball this year 2012-2013
I have to agree with sauce, East will the team to beat in division four. But if you're going to talk about division four coaches, don't forget Blanton at Green. He is very undrated as a coach and gets the most out of his players. If he had the talent yearly that South Webster or Manchester produces he would never lose in the SOC 1

Woah woah EAST!?!?? You're joking right? If we are going to talk about any other D4 coaches, other than Fitch, Mater from NOtre Dame has to be get a mention here. Had a great year last year and has some decent talent. He has done a great job. That new coach for SV will have them boys ready to compete for a DistrictChmp. He's a good coach in my opinion

Tartan Sauce, East? Seriously? What studs are they returning? Your definition of stud must be a little skewed from what others think. Bailey is the number 1 coach on what terms? What run did they make in the tournament? They won a game over New Boston and then was defeated by almost 20 points at the Convo.
The SOC will come down to two teams again Eastern and Notre Dame, both teams have too much talent and coaching.

Won't even be best in SOC 1.
Let's try GREEN!
great coach and my sources tell me they got a 6'9 foreign exchange student from russia name Yugov. Wow. Put him with the applegate kids, blanton singing the anthem and then coaching the game, no way they get beat in the BOBCAT NEST!

I dont see anyone coming out of the TVC this year. Miller, Southern, Eastern might be able to win a Sectional Championship and make the convo but I do not see them winning a game there. The best 2 teams are D3 (Belpre, Fed Hock). Eastern Pike, Notre Dame, South Webster, Sciotoville East, Manchester are prolly the top teams in the Southeastern District. I just dont see any of these schools competing against the central district Africentric will be good again and Newark Catholic returns there entire roster.

Re: Deep Southeast Division 4 basketball this year 2012-2013
Newark Catholic is my pic to go to State out of the Region. None of these teams can even come close to comparing to Afrocentric or NC. The southeast district for D4 is incredibly weak, along with all of the southeast for any division this year, minus Ironton. With that said I think that Notre Dame will surprise some ppl this year. Finally got some experience at the Convo, though it wasnt a good one for them, but this year they will be better. Going to be weird not seeing a Manchester or South Webster in the mix this year. They just arent what they normally are this year.
