I talked to him earlier today, and I think you're guessing right. He's not been in a very good mood lately.

VC laid a huge egg down at Wellston last Friday and The Golden Rockets broke the streak at 14. Alex is starting to play great ball. This oughta be a good one. VC seniors need to step up....now.

By the way, this game is at Alex, not VC.

Jack Hart had an awesome game against wellston, But wellston kept trying to score in the paint! And feed the post And that wasn't working. Wellston took very very few perimeter shots. I think vc has a very good outside game. VC 50- Alex 44

My heart says Alexander, but my head says Vinton County.

When was the last time the Spartans beat the Vikings?

Alexander won the league during the 2005-2006 season. They split with Vinton County that year, beating them at Vinton County. Be careful what questions you ask on here. If Jim Derrow coached the Spartans he would really be offended by that question.

I think he's implying that Alex won the league during the 2005-2006. That's probably gonna hurt Coach Combs feelings. He's pretty sensitive about that kinda stuff. You probably shouldn't have brought that stat up.

This is the question I'm speaking of:

The reason I said to be careful is because on Combs' radio show last week they asked "When was the last time Wellston beat the Vikings?" and "Mr. Classy" Jim Derrow said that it really hurt his feelings.

VC will execute better than Alex. VC also has more depth IMO. Would like to see a close score. VC by 10.

Heard Alexander was up at the half 15-14. Sounds like a shootout.

Thats actually a low scoring game for these two teams. Sounds like solid defense by both teams.

Vinton County's Levi Lawhead and Adam Ward led the Vikings to a 48-35 win over Alexander last night in Albany. The Vikes keep moving up the TVC-Ohio Standings, now only 0.5 game behind division-leader Meigs. Jack Hart blocked 12 shots in the loss for the Spartans. Here's the HH Game Recap!
