Its in the gym at the new Ironton High School. Same general facility that Ironton plays their home games, but didfferent gym.mercerville monster wrote:Is this game not at Ironton Middle School this year?mtswngrvsg wrote:How many will the gym that this game is being played in seat?
Also, if the Flyers shoot like they did against Ironton in the foundation game...then they will win.

That school no longer exists. It was torn down this summer/fall after the new high school opened.mercerville monster wrote:Is this game not at Ironton Middle School this year?mtswngrvsg wrote:How many will the gym that this game is being played in seat?

Gonna have to go with the Flyers in the season opener. good senior leadership wth a few underclassmen stepping up they should be fun to watch.
The facilities are a whole other ball of wax. It could have been worked out very easy but the powers that be would hear none of it. just hope the Flyer fans and the fans from South gallia pack them in so that the folks making those decisions have to re-think things.
GO FLYERS!!!

Anytime you get a road win on the first game of the season you are doing ok. Its been awhile since South Gallia has beaten St. Joe on their court. Nice win Rebels.
Also, South Gallia's JV played pretty well last night also. Started 4 freshman and one sophmore. Lil Rebs were up by 6 at halftime and held St. Joe scoreless in the 3rd frame. They went on and won by about 20. Keep working hard.
