had some red pepper chicken. . . and mashed potatoes. . .corn also. .

works well. .

the red pepper chicken and onions cooked make a great lil' gravy type thing with the taters. . .

I would also like to say. . .just because football season is coming. . .FREAKIN CAVALIER MEETS METWORST THINGYS ARE AWESOME. . . beat up on a big red smokey any day. . .and I'll bring a package whenever everyone meets up.

I did not have breakfast not did I have lunch. For super I enjoyed two tuna fish sandwiches and Â½ of a deviled egg wash down with a diet dew.
