M&L--Freddy Fender

The songs firt title was "Lonely Days and Lonely Nights.
Freddy hated Country music.He loved Spanish-language rock-n-roll.He sang this under his real name ---Baldemar Huerta.He took the name Fender after the guitar.

MULE SKINNER BLUES, The fendermen, 1960, M&L by George Vaughn and Jimmy Rodgers

First recorded by Rodgers in 1930 as "Blue Yodel #8" Done many times by many artists but the Fendermen hade the biggie. Even though this song was and is played on many a rock show, it's still a country song.
