Last Dance at the high school level

On Episode 3 of Expanding the zone, we use the recently released documentary "The Last Dance" about the 90's Chicago Bulls as a guideline to discuss the different layers of leadership throughout the hierarchy of an organization. We use this example of a professional organization and, as always, compare it to what happens at the high school level.
