I am overweight, two heart attacks, diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure and been diagnosed with severe manic depression.
Don't know my BMI, but you can probably guess. I am 56 years old.
I don't live life in fear. I live life to its fullest which I cannot do right now because the media and government have hyped this virus to the max.

I wear two long shirts, when I am at the gym to make double sure my belly fat is not seen.
