Not much at all and now that I am doing the insanity work out, when I do it most likely will be a salad.

Everyday, but might have to cut back a little because I got my new bench press in today and need to get the blood pumping again.

Take it easy at first bench pressing if you haven't done it for awhile. Start out slow and lite. The soreness is a bear the second day and gotta watch tearing a boob muscle if out of shape. I know a guy that did that and he was months healing. I did dumbbell lunges today to get the heart rate up. Got a whole work out scheduled for next week. Usually eat out 2 or 3 times a month, if that. Fast food drive thru's or pizza.

Get your hands pinched? Standard benches with a wider bar holder are hard to find, you might find an olympic bench with bar and weights included on sale for a decent price somewhere. I am lured out often since the wife no longer likes to cook. And have many outstanding restaurants in the area. One of my favorites has veal & peppers ( love veal). Its sauted veal that's placed in a white wine sauce with hot & sweet pepper slices, mushrooms, onions and spices. REally outstanding. Or their veal parm , veal marsala or veal piccata. Have a great steakhouse with killer salads, home made yeast rolls and baled potato w/ sour cream or spicey rice. The wife was a good cook, but eating out often is enjoyable.

This year a lot because I have been covering out-of-state football games this spring, which means overnight trips.
