Join a local club or two that's active -- canoe/kayak club, bike club, hiking club, etc. Get outdoors and be active.

FIDO, Rog was the same way. After a month of retirement, he couldn't stand it. He went to work at the Golf course. He SAID he worked hard in the club house, but it seemed to me that he and the guys were always playing golf or had a card game going. :122245 But he enjoyed it.
