Finally hit 90 outside a few minutes ago. Might get to 92. A not so hot 90 I should say as humidity is only 45%....does make it tolerable.

Hurricane season starts tomorrow...old timer is ready as always.

Might get a good rain again on Thursday...key word "might". Could possibly be more sporadic. Oh well.

Getting a much needed mini-monsoon from a "pop-up" shower.

Started pouring about 20 minutes ago...the grass and my veggies are loving it. Which means....probably gotta mow this weekend. Oh well.

Today will be the third straight day of below 80 temps. And I say...you're welcome NW Fla....lol. I was in Montana after all. This morning was a beautiful 67 degrees and is about 71 now. Winds are brisk out of the northwest.

Hopeful for a couple more days of this. Fall is tomorrow anyway.

A beautiful 65 degrees outside when I woke up 45 minutes ago. Looking to the east at a gorgeous sunrise. Might get to a high of 80....

All good things must end....

Had to turn the A/C on this afternoon....8 beautiful days of highs in the low 70s with overnight temps from 57- 62. Absolutely wonderful.

Now....Mr.'s Humidity and Heat return. Oh well....

Well....

A mini Alberta clipper has descended upon NW Fla. We have reached our high of 58 (about 12:30). Folks north of the coast will get below freezing for about 4 hours overnight.

Those who live on the coast are spared....the temp should only dip to about 34-37 tonight. But....

It will be cooler Tues-Thurs....should get below freezing one of those nights.

Of course those folks like me and others who are transplants....we shall be just fine.

We here in Ohio like to share. We have been having snow for several hours, but with the ground still wet from the rain nothing is sticking.

I'll gladly take a couple of inches of snow! Have to travel to Tennessee for the snow.

How's everyone up there?

Things have been good. 3 1/2 inches of snow last night. Strong winds earlier in the day probably put the chill factor at 20. Seen where it is to get cold down your way too.

I haven't seen it snow that hard in a short period of time for years. It was hammering down. Looks like some more this morning is crawling in. I haven't measured it yet, but by looking there is over a half foot out there easy.

Ch.4 said Logan got 10.8. Don't know where they got that because I measured different spots and got anywhere from 5.5 to 7. My my back is killing me and still got lots to do. My poor roof hasn't seen this much weight on it in God knows how long. Hope she hangs in there. More snow coming they say. 😠

Heard that too. One women in the Carbon Hill area reported 11" I have a old grill I use for flowers and also have a wood burner in the middle of my back yard and both measured 12 inches, but I think some of that is left over snow????????????
