I think their should be an easier way of uploading an avatar.
It is pretty hard to find a picture within the given size limits.

I AGREE!! IT TAKES FOREVER RESIZING!! AND AN EASIER WAY TO UPLOAD PICTURES.

Wasn't the old site 100x100? Can't remember NCF. I think this new site is 90x90 & 6.00 k.
