I can be . I'm just "one of those air-head chicks who grew up in the 70's" (that's for you Newlex ) that's not afraid to speak her mind (in words or smilies ) and continues to be naive enough to believe in a sense of fairness and equality in the world.
What am I thinking?

Here's another good site - http://allrecipes.com/
There is a section called "Ingredient Search".
http://allrecipes.com/Search/Ingredients.aspx
You put in what you have on hand, and exclude ingredients that you "hate", and it provides recipe and menu suggestions.
My college-student granddaughter loves this site. Gets home from class or work tired - here's what's in the cupboard/refrigerator/freezer right now, no "going back out to the store required - what can I make?

What's for supper tonight? I tried a new recipe tonight and it turned out prettty well.
UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA
1 lb sausage [or ground beef or ground turkey]
Pizza "toppings" of your choice [pepperoni, peppers, onions, olives, etc]
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
Beat eggs with milk in a small bowl and add Bisquick. Whisk til batter is smooth.
Parmesan/Romano cheese
Brown ground meat in a skillet and drain. Season with spice powders.
Spread meat over the bottom of an 11" X 7" or a 9" square baking pan.
Add the topping items over the meat.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese
Pour the spaghetti sauce over all.
Then pour the Bisquick mixture over that and sprinkle Parmesan/Romano cheese on top.
Bake at 350 - 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes til crust is browned.
