Down with Best Buy

Post by BlindWhiteHat »

I'm not usually the type to use SEOP to complain about things that have happened to me but this will serve as the exception.

I tried to return (with a receipt) two items that I received as Christmas gifts. I was told that I missed the cutoff by 2 days. I would have accepted a store credit and likely have spent more money than I originally had in the purchases. Best Buy has provided me with horrible customer service any time I've been there and I hate that I had these gifts come from this store.

Has anyone else had the same problems with Best Buy or any other stores who have provided poor customer service?

I Have had to return two thinks from there. Both times they allowed me to have a new one with no problems.

We don't shop there that much and when we have we haven't had any problems.

I have had a run in or two with this company but after coming up with all my paper work they have always come through.

I have, on several occasions, read about Best Buy's terrible customer relations in the past. They are notorious for it!
