I was reading where a woman from Ohio just benched over 500 in some comp. and she goes 186 pounds.

That's amazing.

Congrats to this young lady for getting it done.

Two days ago I failed at the 295-345 work out.

Yesterday I did 6 exercises for my legs
Leg Press was the high light of the day 8-45 plates on each side. (I can do more but this was the first time I have did a complete leg work out since the latest back problems)

I also did four exercises for my gut

Sauna 28 minutes

I ordered some wrist straps and knee wraps off ths site the other day. They got some great prices and they got eveyrthing you need to do some seriously lifting. Heres the site:http:www.prowriststraps.com. Logan if you need anything for competition form a squat suit to chalk they got it here. They even have atlas stone molds so if you want your own atlas stones you can get them.
