From Down on the Farm -- to the Back Alley

Has anyone seen the sign on the former Bob Evans restaurant in Wheelersburg. Does The Burg have enough strays to support such and endeavor? Maybe someone could get a loan from the State to start a growing facility to supply both restaurants (there is already one in Portsmouth). I'm thinking of a farm and not a house
