eating binge ='s weight gain...bad bad me.... back on track though lost most of what I gained...back to 4.8 away....

I have lost a total of 25 pounds in the last month. I have a goal of 125 more. Let's keep encouraging each other. My big difference is cutting out all carbonated beverages and caffine.

Great job everyone.
I got as low as 214 down from 273 then went back up to 232 but since then I have gotten serious again and have done decent.

I will post as the #'s as soon as I get back to 214.

Nice to check in and see everyone still plugging away and some new people joining in. I was ribbed this morning by several other teachers about wearing a tie, I told them I wasnt able to the last 2 years because no dress shirt would go around my neck! I recently ran in the Pike County Library 5 K and finished in 29:59! I now weigh 266, 26 lbs more to go!

You looked good in that tie Eagles. I am the same weight as before i have lost, and i have gained ,but i would like to get the 23 lbs off that i gained when i quit smoking.

Have hit a roadblock. Things came off quick for the first few weeks, and have slowed down big time. Still focused on the continued weight loss at 53 pounds lost and counting in almost 2 months.

had a slight gain last week but back on track and down two this week to hit 101...

well I had a 3 week eating party I lost 1/2 of what I found at that party...I am back on the right wagon and will stay away from those parties in the future!
