Yes I coach the River Valley Raiders team from here in Gallia County and we will be playing Friday at 6pm, Saturday at 11am & 3pm and then Sunday depending on the seeding. This team is a complilation of players from our league.

Come cheer for the Raiders !!!

My roster is:

Brayden Greer (6th grade) PG
Dakota Williamson (6th) G/PG
Justin Rusk (6th) G/F
Dustin Bickers (6th) F/C
Cody Lee (6th) F/C
John Qualls (6th) G
Gage Overstreet (6th) G/F
Cole Carter (6th) PG/G
Tyler Cline (6th) F
Tyler Twyman (5th) PG/G

I'm proud to coach this wonderful group of kids and River Valley should have a great foundation for a team for years to come!

I would like to congratulate the Jackson 3rd and 4th grade boy's team on finishing in 1st place. I must include the 2nd grader also. The team consisted of 2 fourth, 6 third and 1 second grader. A great team effort.

They went 5 and 0 to win the tournament.

The teams from Gallipolis, Rio Grande and Coal Grove are to be congratulated also on a fine tournament.

It was a great tourney for the four teams that matched up in the boys 3rd-4th grade division. I believe all the games were fairly close. I watched several of these games and watched a great game between #1 seed and tourney champ Jackson and #4 seed Rio Grande. Rio came close to pulling the upset, but Jackson made some key free throws when Rio was forced to foul. Both teams are to be congratulated along with Gallipolis and Coal Grove.
