2011 Coal Grove Giovannis Boys All-Star Tournament

Tournament will be held from March 7-13. Will have 3 divisions: Boys 4th, Boys 5th, and Boys 6th. No AAU teams will be permitted to enter. Boys 4th will play on 9 ft rims. 5th and 6th will play on ten. We will have a fifteen point press rule & licensed referees. Games will be played at Deering Elementary just outside Coal Grove. In the 4th grade bracket, the first championship was a thriller as Coal Grove came back from being down big early to beat Wheelersburg, in overtime, for the championship.

The 5th grade was a double elimination tournament and Jackson beat Wheelersburg in the final.

Despite losing to them in pool play, Fairland used pressure defense to beat Ironton Orange in the championship game.
