The Buckeyes won at Northwestern tonight, 27-16. They move to 4-1 on the season. Their next match is January 3 at #11 Illinois.

The Buckeyes finally got back into action today at Illinois, ranked #11 in the nation. OSU came out of Champaign with a 22-17 victory. Next match is Saturday vs Michigan.

OSU lost a match against TTUN yesterday evening in Columbus. Final score was 21-11, to the #13 ranked Wolverines. The next match for the Buckeyes is next Sunday against Nebraska.

The Buckeyes earned a conference win over #7 Nebraska today, 21-17. They improve to 6-2 overall and 3-1 int eh B1G. Next match is Sunday against Michigan State.

The Buckeyes earned another conference win, in dominating Michigan State this afternoon, 33-9, winning 8 of 10 matches. They are off until Friday when they travel to Bloomington to face Indiana.

OSU earned a dominating victory of #22 Indiana tonight in Bloomington with a final score of 27-9. The next match is at Purdue on Sunday.

The Buckeyes earned a close conference victory over #24 Purdue, in West Lafayette, 20-17. The next match is Friday at Penn State.

OSU dropped a road match at #1 Nationally ranked Penn State Friday evening, 24-14. They are now off again until next Friday when they host Wisconsin in their last dual match of the season.

The Buckeyes rolled over Wisconsin tonight in Columbus, winning 34-6. That concludes their dual matches for the season as they sit at 10-3 overall. They will compete at the NWCA Championship Dual series next Sunday before competing in the Big Ten Championships the first week in March.

Announced today that the Buckeyes will host Edinboro in the NWCA National Championship Dual Series next Monday.

The Buckeyes won their match in the NWCA National Championship Dual Series Monday over Edinboro, 26-13. They are back in action for the B1G Championships, the toughest in the country. Takes place March 5-6.

The Buckeyes were unable to win their second consecutive B1G Championship but were able to finish in 3rd place, in what is undoubtedly the best wrestling conference in the nation.

After day 2 of the NCAA tourny, the Buckeyes sit in 5th place. Two wrestlers will compete in their weight class finals tomorrow.

After OSU's Tomasello lost to a wrestler from Iowa in the 125lb Semifinals, he defeated Youtsey of (Michigan) and Terao (American) to earn a 3rd place finish and All-American honors.

In the 165lb Championship, Jordan (Ohio State) lost to Jordan (Wisconsin) in the semifinals. He then defeated McFadden (Virginia Tech) and Lewis (Missouri) to earn a 3rd place finish and earn All-American honors.

Martin (Ohio State) will face off Nickal (Penn State) in the 174lb Championship later tonight.

Snyder (Ohio State) will face off with Gwiazdowski (NC State) in the 285lb Championship later tonight.

Going into the finals tonight, Penn State holds the lead in the national championship.

The Buckeyes had a big NCAA Championship weekend, ending yesterday. They finished 3rd overall with 86 points, after winning the title last year. Marin won the 174lb Championship, and Snyder won the 285lb Championship. A year to celebrate for sure.

Although wrestling season is over, this is great to see from a Buckeye.

Sr Kyle Snyder was in the finals for the 2016 Olympic Trials in the 97kg winner take all match against 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist, Jake Varner. Snyder was defeated in the first bout, but dominated the next two, 4-0 and 6-1. This means that Snyder has punched his ticket to the Olympic Games this Summer in Rio, and has to be the favorite to take home the gold!
