Bowling Green made it close in the 2nd half at 24-17 but after they had to settle for a field goal after driving to the Flames one-yard line they never were able to recover falling by ten. Connor Bazelak had three picks killing any hopes for the Falcons. Backup quarterback Camden Orth was no better as he threw two picks.

Kaidon Salter had two touchdown passes for the Flames.

Joseph Sipp Jr. had 12 tackles for the Falcons and Jalen Husky had 10.

Tyren Duprre led the Flames with 10 tackles.
