Watched this one last night and it was over quickly with Texas (1-3) stomping A&M-Corpus Christi (2-2) by ten. Eric Kennedy (Tampa, Fla.) and Jack O'Dowd (Nashville, Tenn.) led the winning offense with 3 RBI each. O'Dowd went 3-4 with a triple. Jalen Flores (San Antonio, Texas) had two hits including his first bomb of the season, and drove in a run. Dylan Campbell (Houston, Texas) had three hits and drove in a run. Mitchell Daly (Madison, Ala.) had three hits and he too drove in a run. For Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Tre Jones (Houston, TX) and Sebastian Trinidad ( once, Puerto Rico) both drove in a run. Lebarron Johnson Jr. (Jacksonville, Fla.) went 5 innings and struck out 8 to pick up the win (1-1). Zac Garcia (New Braunfels, Texas) (0-1) took the loss.
