Some MAAC action to tip off the college basketball season for me. The Saints (8-5, 2-0 conf) were able to get the conference win over a pesky Bobcats team (9-5, 0-3 conf). The Saints hit 49.2% from the floor compared to the Bobcats 46.8%. Javian McCollum (Fort Myers, FL) led the way in the win with 25 points. Freshman, Michael Eley (Fort Wayne, IN) came off of the bench to contribute 12 points and 4 rebounds. For the Bobcats, Ike Nweke (Woodbine, MD) had 21 points and 7 boards.
