The Bulldogs (7-7, 1-0 Southern Conference) not only opened conference play with the win, but they also broke their seven-game losing streak. Leading the way in the win was, Jermaine Marshal (Brighton, AL) with 25 points and 7 boards. Logan Dye (Haleyville, AL) added 23 points. Jaron Riley (Sydney, NSW_ added 10 assists and 7 points. For the Bears (7-7,0-1 Sothern Conference) Freshman Michael Zanoni (Charlotte, NC) led the way with 16 points. Kamar Robertson (Alpharetta, GA) added 15 points.
