Two lock-ins for me are Bama and Ohio. Georgia is a ? They lost alot on defense.
Maybe Utah? They go to the Swamp in Gainesville to start the season....later, #12 Oregon on the road and #15 USC at home.

As to playoff participants, I can only see Alabama with any amount of certainty. Fill the field with any three of Ohio State, Michigan, Utah, Georgia or Clemson. All of those teams have talent but obvious flaws.
I am really interested in how the "NIL" enhanced and assembled teams do. With their new cash infused talent, how quick can So Cal, Texas, aTm, and the U rise to challenge for CFP selection? 2022 may be the last season of big time college football with any pretense of amatuerism.
