Kansas (23-5, 12-3 Big 120 started fast to build up a big lead but led by just one at the half. The Bears (24-5, 12-4 Conf) slowly took control of things in the 2nd half winning by ten points. Leading the winners, who shot 48.3% from the floor was Flo Thamba (Kinshasa, Congo) with 18 points and 9 boards. Also helping out in a big way coming off of the bench was Jeremy Sochan (Milton Keynes, England) 17 points. For Kansas, who looked like two different teams Ochai Agbaji (Kansas City, MO) had 27 points hitting 8 out of 22 shots.
