Penn State (12-13, 7-10 Big) worked hard to slip by Northwestern (13-14, 6-12 Conf) by seven points. Leading the winners who hit 41.5% of their shots was Dallion Johnson (Haverhill, MA) with 15 points. Seth Lundy (Paulsboro, NJ) and Sam Sessoms (Philadelphia, PA) both added 12 points. Sessoms came off of the bench to hit 4 of 9 shots. For the Wildcats who shot just 46.7% from the floor Pete Nance (Akron, Ohio) led the way with 12.
