Since my last post, the Buckeyes have posted four match scores, and were dominant in all of them, earning shutouts in every match.

On the 25th, they cruised past an Illinois team that is normally pretty good, winning 4-0. Then they continued their home stretch against #20 Northwestern, two days later, where they were dominant again, winning 4-0.

This past weekend, they hit the road in the Hoosier state for two matches. They took down Indiana 4-0 on Friday. And then on Sunday, the shutout Purdue 4-0 in West Lafayette.

Next up, Ohio State will hit the road to take on Penn State on Saturday.

Last weekend, the Buckeyes hit the road for a single road match, at Penn State, where they came home with a 4-0 shutout victory. This weekend, OSU is back home, where they began their weekend by hosting arch rival Michigan, ranked #7 nationally. The 2nd ranked Buckeyes pulled out a huge 4-1 victory over the Wolverines.

Next up, Ohio State looks to stay perfect in conference play when they take on Michigan State on Sunday in their final home match of the season.

Out of an abundance of caution due to some COVID issues in the Buckeye program, their final two matches of the regular season at Wisconsin and at Nebraska this weekend have been canceled. The Big Ten Tournament will be next weekend, when OSU will head to Madison, Wisconsin.

OSU has earned the #4 overall seed in this year's NCAA Tournament, and will be hosting 1st and 2nd round play. Their first round match will be Friday against Youngstown State. The Penguins earned a birth by claiming the Horizon League Championship. The winner of that match-up will advance to the second round to take on the winner of Columbia vs. Notre Dame.
