P.J. Rase hits 7 threes against Point Park

Post by Focused »

Rio Grande's P.J. Rase (Chesapeake) had 7 trifectas against an excellent Point Park University team. (Pittsburg).. P.J. led the scoring for the Redmen with 27. Point Park plays in the AMC northern division, while Rio is in the southern division... They were 27-1 last year and were the division champions..
It was an exciting game, with Point Park hitting a buzzer beater for a one point win.
Rio Grande has a lot of local talent on their team:

P.J. Rase .............. Chesepeake
Brett Beucler.......... Eastern Brown
Korey Valentine ..... Circleville
Drew Copas .......... North Adams
Matt Auger ............ Ports. West
Jordan Lower .......... South Webster

Congratulations to P.J. on his excellent game and being an impact player for the Redmen.

Rio Grande starts their Southern Division AMC conference schedule Wed. evening, Jan. 9th at Shawnee State U.... Game time is 8:00 pm.

Congrats to P.J.!!

I have had the pleasure of watching him play and when he gets the hot hand...he is very capable of putting up 25-30 points on a given night!
Mr. & Mrs. TPAA plan on being in attendance Wed. evening to catch several of southern Ohio's finest in action!!

Almost all of the AAU team that we followed around for a few years(including 2 trips to Florida) and including Brigham, are doing well at their respective schools..... Good to see this.

It was his Poppa that taught him to shoot. ;-)
