WVU beats Auburn b-ball

Post by tubby »

WVU beat up on Auburn 88-59. Huggins team is looking pretty good so far this year. The commentators were talking about them being a sleeper team in the Big East. Alex Ruoff had 25-28 pts and Joe Alexander had around 22. Cam Thoroughman got to see about 5 minutes of floor time. Just wondering if anybody else heard about a slim chance of Nick Aldridge going to WVU?

Did anyone see Alexander get up on that one lob?

Glad to see Huggins off to a good start in Morgantown, 6-1. Auburn was pretty limited in depth. The Mountaineers can still shoot the 3 ball well. There is still alot of Beilien left in the team but we are rebounding better this year.

I liked watching them run that open post office. WVU looks to be a better rebounding team this year.

WVU also had a bunch of assists, and not just from the point guard... They certainly looked good last night... Glad Rooney got in the game.

Wvu looked good but I dont think Auburn was very good. Have to wait and see what I really think after they play some big east teams on the road.
