OU is going to be a very dominant team in the MAC this year, and possibly a team that makes a run in the tournament. Have two of the best (if not the best two) players in the conference. Simmons and Campbell are both studs, Gavin Block, a sophomore, has developed nicely since last year and they have some solid shooting.

The Bobcats got a pretty big win tonight at Georgia Tech! They won the game 67-61. The Bobcats were once again led by Antonio Campbell, who scored 25 points and pulled down 12 rebounds.

Ohio U. (3-0) is back home next Friday in their next game, when they host Tennessee Tech.

After a week off from action, the Bobcats (4-0) defeated Tennessee Tech (1-5), 68-57. Leading the Bobcats were a few different names this time were Jordan Dartis (22pts, 4rebs) and Jason Carter (17pts, 5rebs). Leading the Golden Eagles was Aleksa Jugovic (20pts, 3rebs, 2assists).

The Bobcats are back in action next Wednesday when they play at Marshall.

Ohio (4-1) dropped their first loss of the season on the road to Marshall (5-1) tonight, 98-88. I was very surprised by this game, knew Marshall was good but thought Ohio was the better team. Jon Elmore led the Thundering Herd with 28pts, 7reb, 5 assists. For the Bobcats, their stud, Antonio Campbell led the way with 29pts, 16reb.

OU's next game is Saturday afternoon when they host Bryant and try to get back on track.

I didn't realize Marshall was that good. I saw Ohio State play and thought they weren't great and they killed Marshall

That's exactly what I thought. But, Ohio State is putting the beat down on Virginia right now.

The Bobcats got back on track tonight with a dominating, 79-53 win over visiting Bryant University.

Antonio Campbell led the Bobcats with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Also chipping in was Jordan Dartis with 20 points.

Leading Bryant was Nisre Zouzoua with 16 points and 6 rebounds.

The Bobcats are now off until next Saturday when they play at Iona.

The Bobcats (5-2) dropped a non-conference game at Iona (6-3) this afternoon, 79-75. From watching this game, there was not much of an excuse for OU to lose this game, as they led by 12 points for awhile. And, they led the game for the whole time up until about the 7 minute remaining mark. They've lost 2 of their last 3 games. They need to get back on track before MAC play.

Their next game is when they host Milwaukee on Wednesday.

Even though it wasn't the best game the Bobcats have played all year, Ohio (6-2) got back on track with a 71-69 win over Milwaukee (4-7). Leading the Bobcats again was Antonio Campbell (19pts, 10 rebounds) with a double-double. Leading Milwaukee was Cody Wichmann with 15 points. The next game for OU is on Saturday when they host Cleveland State.

Ohio (7-2) earned their second consecutive win today, this time over in-state foe Cleveland State (3-7), 71-53, in a quite dominating performance. Antonio Campbell once again led the Bobcats, although he did not register a double-double for the first time in what seems like forever, still scoring 14 points. Leading Cleveland State in the loss was Kasheem Thomas with 9 points.

Up next for the Bobcats is Western Kentucky when they play in Bowling Green, KY on Wednesday.

After committing a foul with just 1.8 seconds left in a tie game, Western Kentucky (5-7) was able to come out victorious at home against Ohio (7-3) for a heatbreaking loss for the Bobcats at 67-66. Pancake Thomas and Justin Johnson both tied for the team high in points for the Hilltoppers with 15 points each. For the losing OU Bobcats, Kenny Kaminski led all scorers with 27 points. Antonio Campbell (12 points and 10 rebounds) & Jaaron Simmons (11 points and 11 assist) both came out with double-doubles for OU.

The Bobcats have one more non-conference game remaining when they host Urbana on Dec. 30 in Athens before they open conference play against Western Michigan on January 3.

Another interesting note, all 3 of OU's losses have come on the road this season.
