But then the Big-10 runner-up @ 8-5 would have to play in the "El Conchita Alamo Liberty Armed Forces Siesta Bowl" in Podunk, USA. That wouldn't be right.
i'll try to be a tad more like you maybe. maybe I had too much luzianne sweet tea in my innerds to be sittin behind a keyboard. The General wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 3:11 pm It's ok YTB..You SHOULDNT think about THE General ALL the time or be so rude to him. But its ok. Charge his ass rent..You are letting him live for free in your mind. We all make mistakes. I even wagered on that slow, slugpug xichigan..Bitchigan.....Fichigan...and layed 4 points....You just have to learn to be humble and kind like me.. DONT allow yourself to ruminate and show hostility or weakness.....Booger eating Flathead from North of the border is what he is...Relax Bait....Dont get angry....Be full of love....SPATTERSON is the BIGGEST PUD I HAVE EVER SEEN....Peace and love..Thats what it is....
They weren't playing particularly well the championship year, defense was giving up a lot of points, and games were closer than they should've been against inferior teams. They beat Michigan, then went on one of the greatest runs in CFB history over the last 3 games. It's a different time of year, and I expect this team will excel.
Very true. Same can be said with the 2002 team. Lots of close games.se-alum wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 9:22 amThey weren't playing particularly well the championship year, defense was giving up a lot of points, and games were closer than they should've been against inferior teams. well saidYOU'RE TIGER BAIT wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 8:33 am great points by everyone. consistency is the key here. can the bucks continue like they did when we played Michigan. pat fitzgerald is a seasoned coach and will have the wildcats ready. but honestly with the athletes we have it could get like the Michigan game if we are on. but we can't just pin our ears back and get lulled into trickeration plays either. over pursuit can be deadly early on a team that comes out too amped. I see nw doing some screens and reverese type stuff trying to catch an aggressive buckeye d off guard. look for anything, fake punts, onside kicks. deep shots on 3rd and long looking for a flag. we must play hard , but smart.
I'm sure the Buckeye players are cool with playing on Sundays while the NW players have their "real careers".FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
And if so, where they will constantly remind their boss who's ass they kicked in the 2018 B1G Championship game, something that can never be taken away from themFANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
NFL is good but most of them , if they even make it for awhile then must get a real job. Good luck to the 7% who get drafted from colleges (50% without degrees) even though a lot of them played 4 or 5 years and the 2% who actually make it in the pros. The other 98% better figure out more than how how to run, jump, throw or catch after they get past 25 or so. * I would have thrown tackling in there also but who does that anymore ? *se-alum wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 1:07 pmI'm sure the Buckeye players are cool with playing on Sundays while the NW players have their "real careers".FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
Like CLEMSON,FSU,THE TIDE,Georgia,WAR EAGLE...LSU.....THE University of Tennessee...The Gators.....And THE COCKS can tell their boss how they are 17-2 ALL-TIME vs ohio......IN football games.....TRUE?...Bleeding Red wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 1:11 pmAnd if so, where they will constantly remind their boss who's ass they kicked in the 2018 B1G Championship game, something that can never be taken away from themFANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
Sure they do!!....I love how they play...AND....Coach Fitz is one of MY favorite Coaches and people in College Football...Check out their facilities on and off the Lake!..Beautiful....And he is the REASON....But as far as the game goes...I will tell you this...Coach Fitz forgot more football in the time it took him to pinch off a Loaf this morning than what ohio's Pinnochio EVER knew..and EVER will....They will play 2-high safety and play zone under also, and that will prevent those ohio kids from having their way just running Mesh like they did against slugpugs like UM and all the chaff they play who have wanted to Man-up in Nickle!!.....NOT SMART!!!....NW is so limited offensively and so unathletic it will prevent them from being competitive in this game. Or it should. But it wont stop them from battling like hell.dazed&confused wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 6:49 pm Oh I'm sorry, excuse me. I thought we were talking about a football game, not a Wall St. interview. Still, don't take Northwestern lightly. They can play football as well as diagram a head and shoulders stock market move.
I love how much you hate on OSU. You think it bothers me and that's the greatest part. The General wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 6:34 pmLike CLEMSON,FSU,THE TIDE,Georgia,WAR EAGLE...LSU.....THE University of Tennessee...The Gators.....And THE COCKS can tell their boss how they are 17-2 ALL-TIME vs ohio......IN football games.....TRUE?...Bleeding Red wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 1:11 pmAnd if so, where they will constantly remind their boss who's ass they kicked in the 2018 B1G Championship game, something that can never be taken away from themFANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
Most humorous post I have seen for a while. Sometimes the truth hurts, but is also funny than all get out. The Nerds rule the real world, not the jocks.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 12:27 pm It's just a game whereas the OSU players already know they will all be working for the NW players once they go into the workforce and establish real careers.
