Morgan State (2-10 jumps out to the 9-0 lead only to find themselves locked up at 38 by the time the first half ended. The Gales (1-2) would fall behind early in the 2nd half only to storm back to take the lead by two. From there it was all bears would jump out to a sixteen point lead and then hang on to win by eleven. Troy Baxter Jr. led the Bears with 25 points, 7 boards, and 1 assist, and Lagio Grantsaan (Utrecht, Netherlands) had 22 points. Both players nailed five three-pointers. For Iona Berrick JeanLouis (Lehigh Acres, FL) had a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards.
