Spencer Steer with the bomb was the highlight for the Reds.

The first full week + of the season is complete and the Reds stand 4-4, tied with Chicago for third in the NL Central, 2.5 games back of the leading Brewer's.
The great news is the that the Reds have 4 wins, something the did not accomplish last year until game 26 on the 7th of May.
Bright spots for the Reds so far have been the bats of Stephenson, India, Steer, and the platoon players of Freidel, Fraley, and Vosler.
Not so good have been Myer, Benson, and Barrero.
Starting pitching of Lodolo and Ashcraft has been strong. Greene has struggled, and the bullpen has been inconsistent at best.

I'm hoping we start realizing the importance of a good bullpen and know that is a key missing piece currently and go shop for someone who can provide us solid innings in big moments. I understand a bullpen will let up here and there but to get people we can trust in the 8th and 9th innings is huge! On to the Braves, if we can sneak 2/3 from them that'll be nice momentum

As of yesterday, the Reds send RHP Lucas Sims (nice bullpen piece if he can remain healthy) and RHP Luke Weaver to AAA Louisville for rehab assignments. Weaver I would assume when back will either bump Overton from the rotation or take Cessa's spot and move him to bullpen as a long relief arm
The Reds also traded LHP Bennett Sousa to the Brewers in exchange for cash considerations and international cap space
