The Clipper (1-2) finally put one in the win column by coming back to defeat the IronPigs (2-1). Daniel Johnson (New Mexico State) hit his first bomb of the season picking up 2RBI on the night. Gabriel Arias had a hit, 1RBI, he also picked up to walks. Leadoff man, Richie Palacios (Townson) walked twice, had a hit, and drove in one run.
For the Pigs, Dalton Guthrie (Florida) had two hits and drove in two. Former Clipper, Drew Maggi (Arizona State) picked up a walk and 1 RBI.
Ian Gibaut (Tulane) (1-0) did not pitch well out of the pen as he blew the save but picked up the win (1-0).
Enyel De Los Santos picked up the save (1) but struggled giving up two hits and a walk in his inning of work.
Nick Duron (Clark CC) 0-1 took the loss. He gave up one hit, and walked a batter in his inning of work.
