Holy no call...

Perron scores for St. Louis...but...man!!! A blatant trip from behind by Bozak on Boston's Acciari led to the goal.

I just don't know what the refs were doing...i could think of a few things to say but will remain quiet.

Boston peppers Bennington in the final 5 minutes but nothing gets past him. Huge credit to the D around him.

St. Louis can hoist the cup at home Sunday night.

2-1 is the final from Boston...Blues lead series 3-2

Game 6 from St. Louis about to start. The top 2 lines for Boston have got to play much better. Give credit to the Blues D for that. Especially Bouwmeester and Parayko, both are tall and long with their sticks.

Let's get it on!!

Marchand gets on the board for Boston...finally puts the biscuit past Bennington. St. Louis was down two men when the goal was scored...can't put the puck over the boards.

1-0 Boston at the 8:40 mark

1-0 after 1 period. The calls are still somewhat questionable.

Still didn't like the penalty called on Chara....odd.

1-0 Bruins after 2

Both teams had their chances...Blues hit the post...puck hit the back of Rask and was shot to the wall before it could sneak in the net.

Bruins spent some time in the sin bin...Blues haven't been penalized since the goal in first period...odd.

Carlo sends a wrister on net that sneaks past Bennington at the 2:30 mark of the 3rd.

2-0 Bruins

Sorry....was exchanging texts as FSU gets a walk-off single from Mendoza to beat LSU 5-4 in 12 innings. One final trip to Omaha for ''11"... as Coach Mike Martin is referred to in this area.

I may be wrong, but I think Saint Louis had there chance to wrap it up this evening, and now having to go back to Boston, I believe the Bruins will be very hard to beat. The Blues goalie either looks fabulous at times, or very average at other times. I would most certainly take the Boston goalie, in a I game, winner take all for all the marbles.

Bruins are tough to beat at home but St. Louis has a better away record than home. Rask for Boston has played well...problem has been with the Bruins D and the forechecking of the Blues.

Bennington has also played well...in his rookie season. He has been erratic at times but the Blues D has baled him out.

Top 2 lines for Boston must play well. IMHO that will be the deciding factor along with staying out of the penalty box (that goes for both teams of course).

St. Louis...if there 4th line can play like they have earlier, it could be a loooong night.

Who gets the forechecking going first should win but...it's game 7....ROLL THE DICE!!!

Remember...St. Louis was in last place in the entire NHL as of Jan 2. They have shown heart...something my Lightning need to do BIG TIME!

Good luck to both....can't wait for Wednesday night!!!

I agree about the penalty box probably being the most important factor for both teams.

Bruins are all over St. Louis in the first 8 minutes but...
no goal.

Should the Blues survive this..they might have an edge.
