After seeing both teams this season, I’m going with unioto. They have pretty good speed at the skill positions. If they can limit turnovers and penalties, they should be fine.
Final score 35-31 tanks

I like Unioto’s balance but I don’t get why he doesn’t get 15 touches a game. Also think Tuttle and Dray could get a couple more touches a game.
Griffin running the ball doesn't do anything for Hoops' stats....

ZT in a close one. Even matchup, Home field being the deciding factor.
U-20 ZT - 27 with a late go ahead TD.

I get that ZT is extremely run heavy, but Langley does complete about 65% of his passes, so it is something that the Shermans will have to be prepared for.

I think this will be a very close game throughout and if it is more than a one score game, I’m guessing that other score happens late. Should be fun

Unioto leads 21-14 at the half

The Tanks fumbled on their first two drives, but have played well since. ZT put together a nice drive late in the half to tie it, but a big KO return by Fox setup a quick scoring drive to end the half and give the Shermans the lead back

I know we will see the typical posts after a loss, but 429 yards (213/216 split) should be enough. Just needed to get one more stop, the DPI where the feet got tangled was huge, but I think it was the correct call

Great game overall, I don’t have the numbers from ZT yet, but Langley had a huge game, Barnhart ran super hard and Phillips found the end zone 3 times

Hoops had an outstanding game for the Shermans, Griffin and Demint ran super hard. Having to settle for that FG early in the 2nd half makes the difference.

Watching the video on the 4th and 5 really hurt. Kids knee was down a yard and half short. But hats off to ZT. Good game.

It was a great game to watch! Zane Trace stayed the course and Unioto seem to play not to lose in second half! Things will get interesting in the coming weeks! I could see a three way tie for SVC!

Was a great game! With that said, I feel like Unioto left so much on the field tonight. Does anyone else feel like Unioto left the door open and ZT just snuck through it? Maybe I am wrong, but I feel like The U is going to kick themselves during the film session. Just my opinion of course.

Unioto was probably the better team but ZT did the little things better and some things went their way. Also think Unioto played not to lose instead of playing to win. Unioto went away from their offensive game plan later in the game and it hurt them

4th and 4 was a bad spot. Actually not close to a first down. Luck went Zane Trace way for once.

The timing of that call was brutal. If they give them the real spot. Games probably over

What a game! What an atmosphere! This is what high school football is all about! I honestly thought Zt would dominate Unioto physically but I think it was pretty even on that front. Zt made the plays when needed and stayed true to who the are. It’s not always flashy or even pretty but they are efficient. Unioto’s speed was a huge factor. The Fox kid is a beast! Hoops throws it very well and #2 is a load when he runs the ball. Unioto is dang good and Zt will be glad to not have to see them again til next year.

Good thing that there is no instant replay challenges in high school.

Just sucks a great game like that has calls that effect the outcome that much
