On the arbiter site, both Northwest and Oak Hill are on Burg’s schedule for next season…hopefully we would drop Russell and keep playing Jackson…
Burg playing @ Jackson in Week 3 next year. Only open date for Burg is Week 6 and they looking for a home game.*
Heard from a reliable source that Burg is trying to pick up Harvest Prep for next years schedule not sure what week but they are trying to get it done
So if that happens, Burg’s 4 non conference games for 2023 will be Ironton, Cincinnati McNicholas, Jackson, and Harvest Prep!

Harvest Prep would be a great add for Burg non-conference schedule. To be the man, you gotta beat the man (Wooooooooooo!).

If McNicholas travels well next year, I’d look into another 2-year contract with them. If not, some other teams that would make sense down the line would be Clinton-Massie, Western Brown, Unioto, Gallia Academy, Bishop Watterson, Bishop Ready, London, and Johnson Central (KY).*

I'd like to see a home and home with Pikeville as well...an excellent program

I wonder why they don't play Gallia. Is it because that is where Coach Woodward is from??

That was a good series over the years.

I think Unioto and maybe Zane Trace would be ok

With 16 in now, I would rather have the tough schedule as opposed to trying for that 1 seed…if you plan on winning the region you’re going to have to play the best anyway regardless of what round it is in.

Imo there’s much better they could get than these 2.

I understand your logic but on the other hand the top 4 teams in each region gets their first 2 playoff games at home so that means alot .. playing Jackson and Ironton is tough enough and now Burg is only going to have 4 non conference games

No doubt…definitely different pros and cons to both viewpoints. I wouldn’t ever complain about being the 1 seed

If we're talking future schedules, Burg always brings good gates to Chillicothe and I'd like to see our teams keep playing home and homes. Don't know if you guys feel the same.

Getting #8 some passing reps in this game is smart. He needs the reps. Lacks confidence throwing the ball
