I’m a meigs fan/alumni and they didn’t manhandle fairland, it was pretty even honestly in bad conditions, could if been different in dry conditions or it could have been the same, I expect Gallia vs Meigs to be a better game than people are expecting, potentially with meigs upsetting the blue devils all just depends on coaching for meigs

Meigs has a decided advantage in coaching in the matchup. GAs coach was D3. He aint got the seeds for this.

For those who might be concerned about us not scoring in the scrimmages, you can rest easy. We been using decoys and not running our real stuff. Just been having fun with it. With all the spies watching the games we didn't want Gallia to know what we are really planning to run against them. We built some monsters in the weight room in off season and been holding them back, but we'll be unleashing them against Gallia.

I know, I was D1 fellas

The Meigs staff say they are ready for this one. HC is very confident and says they expect to win. This will be a huge start to the season and will be a wake up call to the TVC Ohio if they can pull it off.

This was a bunch of nonsense that got posted. Believe it was one score each on a sloppy field that was torn up after some heavy rain. Speaking of, anyone know what the current field situation is? Heard it was a mess. If the field is fine I'll take Meigs by one score.

44-7 Gallia Academy. 4 Gallipolis touchdowns called back. Meigs scored with varsity against JV with less than 4 minutes to play.

You are on to something . We have a proven winner and played D1 at HC and you guys have some kid who played D3. There just won’t be the experience and expertise in your coaching room. Plus we got a bunch of guys back from a team that should have beat you all last year. The difference is you won’t have those refs on your side this year. Early prediction:

Meigs 36
Gallipolis 14
Where’s this dumba** now?
