Hello coaches, athletic directors, and principals, football fans, anybody willing to help
My name is Luke Thimmes and I am currently a teacher and football coach at Fisher Catholic high school.
The purpose of this message, albeit a LONG SHOT, is to see if there is a possibility of old football films lingering around in your athletic departments, your house, or your buddy's house. I am looking for games that your school played against Fisher Catholic from 1991-1995. The reason is that these years are when my brother and I played. I want to convert these games to DVD and give them to him as a xmas gift---he was diagnosed with ALS 9 years ago---I will still take these games if you find them after the holidays, however. If anybody actually remembers him, he was a a hell of a player--- but I am of course biased.
If you do not personally have these, please ask around and If you by chance find any of these please, please contact me at lthimmes@cdeducation.org or by cell: 740-438-6015, or reply on here. I will travel to any of these schools to pick up the films and return them as well and convert them to DVD for you if you like. I am looking for films from these schools in these years:
Albany Alexander: 1993 &1994
Berne Union: 1991-1995
Bishop Ready: 1994 & 1995
Buckeye Trail: 1992 &1993
Cedarville: 1992
Columbus Academy: 1995
Crooksville: 1991, 1994 & 1995
Fairland: 1993
Frontier: 1991 & 1992
Granville: 1991-1995
Heath: 1991-1995
Licking Heights: 1991-1995
Liberty Union: 1991-1995
Millersport: 1991-1995
New Albany: 1991-1995
Newark Catholic: 1993 1st round playoff game
Portsmouth Notre Dame: 1995 1st round playoff game
Rosecrans: 1991
This would be a HUGE favor and I would forever be in your gratitude. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message and/or searching for these films

And to think I had some of those games on VHS and tried to give them away for years and could not.
I ended up throwing three extra large trash bags of games away.

I had every game that the cable channel replayed back then and I had many of games sent to me by the posters on JJ'S, back when JJ owned the site.formerfcfan wrote:Ah man.

I can probably get the 1993 Fairland game if you still need it.

I'll send him a message, but yes I think he'd very much appreciate it. If you do find it, if you can PM me your contact info or email him @ the address I posted, that would be great. Thanks!Firebreather wrote:I can probably get the 1993 Fairland game if you still need it.
