I'm sure it will be on the radio and you can also listen to it here.

Does Valley still do their home games on the VHS Network?

No. Valley dont have anyone to do VSN anymore. I really wish they did. I enjoyed watching the reruns.

Looks to be good weather so The Burg will be able to throw the ball around. The Pirates offense is very good this year but the defense has been the real surprise with how well they have played of late. I haven't seen Valley play but if they are one dimensional like Minford I think Burg's defense should be able to stop them. If Wheelersburg can cut down on the turnovers and personal fouls they should win this one.

Should be great weather for this match come Friday. Let's get one thing straight.........VALLEY AIN"T Minford..........Look for VALLEY to be giving the burg " THE GAME OF A LIFETIME part2". :122246 Don't be suprised if Valley takes this contest by 3 scores...........IMHO :122246

I think valley can win but the only way they win by 3 scores is if burg turns the ball over a lot or burg has a injury or two. The secondary will need to play the way they did against coal grove. I think it will be a very close game with whoever wins the line of scrimmage coming out on top. I look for burg to come out and want to score quickly to take valleys crowd out of the game. Valley will try to keep burgs offense on the sideline. I think a player like Matt rawlins for valley could have a breakout game.

I've been curious how much is brought in at the gate/concessions during these type SOC II games? Does anyone know?

It would be hard to tell without exact attendence numbers but if you have 5000 people at a game (possibly little over for Burg vs Valley and Minford vs Valley this year). You have early ticket sales where students get ticket @ $3 and adults @ $4. And Grandparents of players get a discount, but i would guess upwards between $20k - $25k, possibly more. And you would think that concessions would make a number close to this if not more. Just a guess though. I'm sure and AD would have a better guesstimate

Good Luck to you Brother and thank you for your service and a quick, safe return. I have also spent alot of time overseas a couple decades ago during the first Gulf War. It is an honor for me as a Veteran to talk to current and past Veterans.

According to Drew Pasteur's
http://fantastic50.net/index.php?pr=Ohio
(Sun., Oct. 14) With two weeks remaining, 69 teams have clinched playoff
berths, and 43 more are almost locked up (by teams with 99% probabilities).
There are 265 teams fighting for the remaining 80 playoff berths.
145 teams have at least a 10% chance of landing one of those 80 spots.
This week's full update (including Saturday games) is posted.
Thanks to Joe Eitel for providing scores and info on out-of-state teams' divisions

Wheelersburg, Oak Hill and Wynford have already clinched in R19, with Valley being 1 of the 99%

3 scores? Is this years Valley team better than last years? I haven't seen them but I thought most of their skill players graduated. As far as "The Game of a Lifetime" maybe for the Valley kids.

Valley better throw the football down the field. Wheelersburg looked suspect to me, Minford wideouts just missed some opportunities.

I'm not going to say 3 scores. I feel good about Valley but in a close game. And I won't say their players are better than last year. Can't compare apples with oranges. This years team is different and bring a different set of skills to the table. But good skills. This years team is more of a team and not just individual superstars on a team. Whether or not this team is better is yet to be seen, but they are a very strong team who work good together and probably the biggest surprise of the conference to alot of people who didn't give them a chance at the beginning of the year.

Yeah you can not compare this team to last years team. I'm not sure I have ever seen anything like it. They loose so many talented kids and come back so strong and different. Things are more balanced now. You can not just try to stop one person. So many kids are getting carries even shope gets a few from the wr spot. I think This team can pass it but they have not had to.
